A bit about our coffee….
We use a local Roastery, ‘Salford Roasters’ we fell in love with the taste of their beans and knew straight away we wanted to use them in our coffee shop!
The 2023 iteration of this blend is our best yet, with Algrano’s Nicaragua finca San Antonio added given it a sweetness that has been missing.
If you are new to speciality coffee, or you like a coffee with versatility, you will love it! It is equally delicious with milk and milk alternatives as it is as a straight up espresso!

Salford Roasters
Signature Blend is a crowd favourite – this coffee combines our Nicaraguan offerings, Brazilian and El Salvador beans from the Roastery, and produces a velvety and nutty coffee, with notes of white chocolate, almond, molasses – with a syrupy acidity – particularly on espresso.
